Do not listen to this guy. Drivers are not the problem with that choppiness.
Excuse me? Where did you get your A+ Certification? Outdated drivers can cause a multitude of problems, from simple game chopping to an external HDD causing the parallel port of a PC to malfunction to causing a computer to malfunction completely. What do YOU think is causing it then?
