Ok I'm near the end of act one just about to escape the citadel and there are a few things bugging me...

There are quite a few chests in the baric's and I'm having problems locating keys for them I’ve found a couple but still missing about 4-5, so who/what has the keys?

There is this guy on the crapper and wont get out, and I need to go badly! seriously, how do you get him out?

Crapper => bathroom? Sorry, you can't access until lockpick will function.

Chests => 3 in the recruit room => only possible with lockpick (skill has to be fixed)
1 in the soldier room => see recruit room => skill has to be fixed.

All others have keys (under a pillow or in a picture).
