Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) General Skill flexibility Question...

Was planning on teaching the Death Knight who started as a warrior some offensive spells and wanted to go with shaman based, but when i try to learn a new skill under the wizard skill tab in only gives me the option to learn a "Body Magic" spell and the rest of the listed school types are greyed out, is this a bug or correct? I really wanted to have the DK learn some kick [nocando] offensive spells...

Have you found a teacher or skill book to teach you these skills first? There is a button in the bottom left area of the skill pane which will let you toggle between showing available skills and all skills.

Correct. I don't think there is a teacher for shaman magic until act 2.

You will be able to get Shaman Magic skills from Elkar in the Act II Battlefield. She trains up to level 3 at a cost of 4000 gold per skill.
