nope in the game im playing now my sword had Deathblow(5) and i stood there hitting the drummer over 100 times (somehow he didnt hit back just banged the drum) Maybe every 30 hits i saw the deathblow blue hit but it hardly did any damage let alone kill him. So dont count on deathblow - what a useless mod by the way.
