Putting a game on console isn't simply working on the code to make it work on the hardware.  Console games are totally different at a design level.  They're ment to be pick-up-and-play gameplay, very low learning curve.
A console gamer would be totally overwhelmed by the amount of skills and stats.  If Beyond Dinity was to be ported, they'll have to totally re-work the interface and work on the stats =/
