ok ... got that red teleporter gem
i suppose i have to go touch the teleport platform , in that damn annoying field

but how the hell can you reach it, 2 steps before i reach the thing i get teleported all across the map...

is it that platform thats needed to get rido f that problem?

because frankly honest ... what an irritating piece of map is that!!!
have been running around for 1 hour in that thing and keep getting poofed away <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/memad.gif" alt="" />

Yep the one with the red arrow missing. That's the one you need to fix.

Oh, dear, you were soooooooooo near... you just had to scroll from the EA king up to the pad and then click your chars to it. Maybe I was lucky though, I had a diagonal path from SE to NW. The EA came to me in melee, above the boulder, so I may have missed a teleport point.

Haven't tried it myself - could you, please?

Can you scroll in-game over and actually see the pad? What about throwing one pyramid close to it? And then teleport yourself up?

In my versions I had no pyramid, so I'm not used to taking them in Act 3.

<span class='standouttext'>Spoiler : </span><span class='spoiler'> IIRC, I had already killed the earth elemental king by then, which had dispersed the field. That way, you can just walk up to it.</span>

If the trick by wordsmyth doesn't work you can always try tossing a porter stone that way then use the other to get there (haven't tried this myself so I don't know if the field will interfere)

tried all those things already, when i scroll over i can see the teleporter pad (im like 5 steps away from it ... my save) , i tried to get around it by throwing teleporter stones , but they got me there.. the larians

when you teleport in on your stone, you immediately get poofed away by the fields teleporting service <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> ... so that cheat wont work

i also treid throwing the red gem into the teleporter, i can see it fall where its needed but doesnt do a thing, lays on top of it...
so you understand its quite annoying... i see the pad, but cant get to it

and the EA king, is that the one who drops the red teleporter gem? cuz if so i already killed him, and teleporter field is still very very active

ok i worked around the problem...
if you use your teleporter stones in that field, you get poofed away

but!!! if you clikc it twice, you seem to force the game to place you there... was able to do it this way <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

ahhh hours of running for nothing <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

n/o to larian but geesh, most annoying part in a game, ever!
