The format for the passive damage skills on weapons is likely different than bonuses to your own skills. Either DAD couldn't figure out how the skill bonuses worked well enough to include it, or more likely, didn't bother trying, since
iZakaroN's SaveEditor (or from
Kiya's site, with description) would do the same thing.
