turn off the torch by the locked door after the doors that require both of your characters to flip switches. to find the "bone monster" for the tooth. This is an important quest to finish.
You can prove teh guy is dead by giving him a bone taht you get from one of the rats running around in that general area (I think its in one of the cells)
