What do you mean your players are huge? Are the characters bigger than they're supposed to be, or do you have really high stats?

Do you have the latest patch? Did you try clearing your dynamic folder? (...\divine divinity\run\dynamic\)

I need more info...

I would first suggest to empty the "Dynamic" folder in the Folder "Run" found in the game directory. In case this doesn´t work, probably your saved game is corrupt, in which case you may need to start from an earlier save you may have.

Then again, before discarding the saved game, try this:
- Backup your saved games (they´re in the C:\GAME FOLDER\Run\Savegames folder)
- uninstalling the game completely
- reboot the computer
- re-install
- Restore your saved games by copying the folder in the "Run" folder of the game directory

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

P.S. Which version of DD are you playing?

Also, try running the configuration program, reset the options and rerun the test at the desired resolution.
