I hope i am the only one experiencing problems with Digital Jesters, but for some reason i almost dont think so....

This is the message I got on the 05 May 2004 at 10:46 AM (+02:00 South African Time) from DJ after enquiring about the status of my shipment

Your order shipped on the 28/04/04, I don't have access to your address details but for Europe allow 7 - 10 days, for North America allow 10 -14 days and ROW up to 28 days, but most parcels arrive within 14 days .

Yes we are working on a tracking system but it is not finished yet. Your
order went out yesterday (17th)I don't know what the delay was but you
should recieve it within 10 days.

I am a bit unsettled about the fact that I have been given two VERY different dates. No apology offered, just the plain fact that you somehow managed to LIE to me about the shipping date. Other than the lie, its also very lame service.

I have pre-ordered this game before the 28th of April 2004. According to all records I have this should have been shipped long before yesterday.

AS you can imagine I have been waiting for the release of this game for a while now. And quite frankly I don’t think that this service is doing the hard work that Larian Studios have put into this game justice.

Please know that I am highly annoyed with the latest news. I sincerely hope that I will actually get my game before 28 days of my ORIGINAL shipping date (28 April 2004) and are not afterwards forced to go to my Credit Card Company and reverse the payment due to non-deliverance. [/color]
