The problem in your case could be that they send the game per 'small packet' (air mail) - means: no tracking etc.
I ordered from DJ and I had no complaint at all, received it within 2 days. But it's only from UK to Germany, oh well ...
But also delivering to South Africa shouldn't be a problem.
