The main problem i have is not that i havnt received it yet (although that is is a disappointment), my problem is that they gave me a date that they shipped it, and then 19 days LATER, told me, oh btw, they only sent it yesterday, not the date that they TOLD me... in otherworlds that they LIED to me about sending my parcel... and i hope that they send it by airmail... because after this episode i am in the mood for a decent fight with them.
Sorry its just not right to tell someone that "we have sent your parcel on the 28th april" and then only after further queries tell the cursotmer oh, we only sent it yesterday (after you asked us for a tracking number - and even airmail have tracking numbers unless otherwise requested). So only 19 days later (after they debited my account) do they tell me, they only sent it now... thats if it IS actually sent this time. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />
