Youre lucky they even responded to you. I was going to order the fan pack but accidently orderd 2 divinity games about a month ago. Im lucky the game was realesed in america yet because there would have been big problems if they charged my credit card and shipped which almost happend because it took them 5 days to answer my emails saying i wanted to cancel immidiately. After they said they cancled I then orderd the fan pack and recieved an automatic msg giving me my order number. Well its been almost a month and ive got no emails giving me shipping number or anything even though ive tried contacting them 3 more times. I gave them my shipping number and everything. They seem to have bad service and I warn those before buying with them.
