Regarding the crystal shards, I've talked to the Black Imp about the cursed man. He told me to look for the crystal shards, which is indicated in my Quest Log. However, when I go to the crystal shards (pink broken-looking crystal), there is nothing to interact with, and Raven is not there.
Also, regarding getting to Serrick's tower - how am I supposed to get there? Your map direction is unclear (to burned forest?).
What am I missing? Any help is appreciated.
