IIRC a DK is a summoned creature, only under command of a witch. So, he can't talk. He obeys orders - normally only from his mistress. Why should he chat then?
Are you sure, the other DK (in Act 3?) is talking? And not the human? And the hostile DK's words are only telepathy your char can hear, cause he is soulforged to your own DK?
