Yeah sure, why not.
Each door should have a strength resistance. And if you have a warrior with enough strength, he can tear the door down.
And why stop there? Door could have elemental resistances aswell. For instance, wooden doors could have fire resistance -50, but air resistance 20. Metal doors can have high resistance for pretty much everything... And mages should be able to blast doors with spells!
