i searched deadly gift and only got the stats of damage at
certain levels. Instead of selling the trail bombs and scorpions
i saved them. I kept them from combining; so i have 6 groups of
3 to 6 scorpoins and 5 groups of trail bombs 3 to 10. I did read
that the theive's bartender sells scorpions. In a saved game
i tried using them but i couldn't seperate them to place them
one at a time. Also i didn't know if i had actvated them. IE:
make them work. lastly how do i know that they won't attack me
when i come back and if they did any damage. OOps sorry not
lastly. Spidermines? They sound great. An intelligent bomb
that chases the enemy when they run away?? Where i want
to use them? In a privious game the elven quest: mine the heck
out of the elven grave yard. will the mines catch them before
they return to the cave? This is when they say Our mistress
will be pleased.

Sir glancealot == thank you I got the Mace of Hammering Voices.
higher hit points on the low end and a very little difference
in the high end. the recuperation speed is very much faster.

Hmmm? Did you get your name because you use an axe and like
looking at the cleavage? LOL <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mage.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />

Select Deadly Gift as your right click function, and a menu bar will pop up with icons for all of the trap types you have in your inventory. Left click on the type you wish to use. Right click somewhere on screen to release a trap. You will see damage and experience points scroll on screen when traps do damage or kill an enemy. Unlike resurrected creatures, they will not turn hostile if you get too far away.

You do not need to separate traps individually. However, you can do so by dragging a stack (of anything) into (or out of) your inventory (or a container) and holding the control key down while dropping. This will bring up the split stack pane, which will allow you to specify how many to transfer.

In games started after installing the 1.34 patch, Finnigan in the cellar of the Ducal Inn in Verdistis sells traps and other items.

For the elven graveyard, they leave in a cut scene, so it is very unlikely traps will be triggered.

OKAY a problem now. To show my ineptatude I went to tech fixes
Faq. You are very specific in not combining languages and i
didn't. There is a list of all the fixes that each patch takes
care of. However!!! The only downloadable file on that page
is 1.00 -- I asumed that patch covered all the other patches
as it would make sense that one downloadable file would do the
work of three. A ten megabite file is one heck of a big file
and easier to monitor. However i was not able to get finnigans
lockpicks. I saw a thread that you had a patch for that.
If these patches are seprate and not combined into one covers all.
WHERE ARE THEY? WAAAAAAAA!!!!
Crying RESPECTFULLY
Syrholmes

note: i ran my coursor finger all over that page and there is
no other download or new page to go to. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mage.gif" alt="" />
And YES to your question i dont know if i got any of
the patches now. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

If you stole the magic lockpicks and they broke when you tried lockpicking, then installing the patch will place them back in commander Kratus' desk to be re-stolen. If they disappeared after being dropped on the ground, the patch will not help. Before 1.34 they can not be returned and bought back. In games started after installing the 1.34 patch, the lockicks can be returned to complete the quest then bought back, and can be safely dropped on the ground.

to replace them;
Lost Items - guide and directory of inventory files (see one of the replies for a description)

The 1.34 patch is official and contains all the previous updates.
Anything I've posted is a hack or manipulation of game data to work around bugs or player error, or just for the sake of hacking.
