If you are refering to the amount of money given in the game IMHO it is pretty ok. The skill button is very usefull and we know in which skills we have invented. Please do not forget that unlearning a skill costs (as you go further in the game) outrageous amounts. 50.000 gold pieces for instance. Reducing the money from the game you should reduce the cost of unlearning skills equally.
