There are some locked chests throughout Act 4. This is the way to solve the puzzle and it takes a lot of running around:

2) Wooden Chest (Academy Level 3) has Stone Key inside /
3) Stone Chest (Pipes level 2) has Silver Key inside /
4) Silver Chest (Academy level 2 sleeping quarters) has Gold Key inside /
5) Gold Chest (Academy level 4 - use teleporter) has Battlefield Key #5 inside. </span>
I totally missed this the first time through the game and wondered where that last Battlefield key was <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
