being in Australia we received the English version not the USA version, unfortunately for me theres no English version patch available, so I got a game thats practically unplayable.

English versions released for Portugal, Greece, South-Africa, Norway, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia and Australia.
So, yes you do have the English version so go here for
patch 1.45 for English version
