Is there anybody who can tell me where i can find the fire cristal?
Ore even more than one??

In which act are you? I found one in Act 2, near the meteorite/Fire Area - but did you try to look into Elkar's trade window in the BF? And in Act 3 I found one in the Temple Area - in Act 4 I had the large ones. Some are random in chests - those outside are fix though.

Save before doing this => have you taken your fire crystal out of the bag? 1.44 seems to have a duplication bug - take out 1 and you have 2.

Oh, then I can only think of the BF traders - Elkar is the mage one, does he have one for sale?

He does from time to time, it is random. So if you feel your are in desperate need then just leave and enter the battlefield a few times untill you finally get what you are looking for
