You don't need empty bottles in BD, and the mushrooms are just there for decoration. You need 'Alchemy Herbs'. Raze has already given full descriptions of what they all do <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
I will add that using Combine on yellow (Stamina) and blue (Mana) potions also results in Restoration Potions.
