I don't think any of the other Yit Iceri will give 100 mana, but I'll look for one.
Do you have a save before you used the charm? You should be able to swap inventory files to get it back in your current save, and could also try with the belt. I don't think there is an easy way to search the inventory files directly, but you can load each save to check.
