I tried a search for "combat text" and "hit info" and all I came up with was a mention of it in a thread about autosizing the text for all resolutions (good idea, btw, even at 1024 x 768 on my 19" my eyes get sore after a while from straining to see some of the game's text), so please forgive me if this has already been asked/suggested.
In Divine Divinity, when you landed a hit on an enemy, red text was displayed telling you how much damage you had done and if you hit the pause button with it on the screen, that text would freeze. This is not the case in Beyond, as the text disappears regardless of whether I pause the game or not. I know this is such a tiny little issue that it probably hasn't bothered a lot of people, but I would still like to see that text freeze when I pause. Is this possible? Is it a major hassle to implement? Maybe add an option to the configuration utility that allows the player to choose whether it sticks around or not?
Would anyone else like to see the disappearing hit info changed?
