Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Where is that 'Seeing Stone'?

I took a Raanan quest that tells me to go and find a Seeing Stone and find a way to destroy it.

The blue guy said he would mark it on my map, but I don't think he did.

However, he did say it was just North of the temple, so I decided to go look there, then stumbled on a stone with red markings, went inside and found some sort of 'Staff Of Power' or something like that.

Is that Seeing Stone further north, and what the heck am I suppose to do with that power staff? Will someone ask me later on to find it?

The seeing stone is at the SW corner of the temple. I haven't got to the staff yet so maybe someone else could answer that.

By the way, how did you get into the cave? If it's the cave north of the temple that you found the staff of power, it's locked for me and I haven't found a key yet.

To be honest, I have no idea.

Okay, I've found the stone, but how the hell do I destroy it?!

I have never had a problem entering the cave to get the staff of power. I go there early in the act, see that it is locked, click on it and it lets me in with no problem.

I am quite far into the act and it's definitly locked. I get the following message when I click on it:

[You see a strange symbol on the rock]

1. Leave

Only option I have is to leave and the cave stays locked. I know I'm missing something.

The Black Bishop will give you a quest to ask the Raanaar prisoner about breaking a seal to the catacombs. If you do this - you get the secret words to enter this stone cave.
