Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Act IV maint. lev 2

I have a couple of questions:

1. There is a locked stone chest in north section that I can't seem to find a key for.

2. The four doors and only one key, when I picked up the key I got a message saying something to the effect that it's to bad I can make duplicates. Then I found a strange mirror. These two things make me think of the mirror in Divine Divinity that could duplicate an item. Can I duplicate the key?

Stone chest => you will find a wooden key in the end level - search for wooden chest - there is stone key in it - stone chest has silver key - silver chest has gold key - gold chest is in end level. I call this the chest odyssey.

Mirror => click on mirror, use dialogue option - no clue why, I could duplicate 1x or 2x

Duh.. I tried to combine the mirror and key. I never thought to click on it. Thank you Kiya! By the way I was able to duplicate to = 4 keys.

So, you were able to duplicate 3x to 4? You're very lucky then. My max was 3 keys.

I'm not sure what the factors are, I think it's totally random. I saved first and saved after each successful duplication, so if the mirror broke I could reload and try again.

Thank you - I was wondering, if the luck lvl did it - but my chars had a high/low level and I never got past 2x dupl. (Tried it in various games).
