Well i'm afraid bypassing the cd protection is to this day simply impossible...this is one of the most recent and efficient cd protections (StarForce 3)
I would suggest you to email the game technical assistance and ask for a new copy (you'll find the address on the first page of the manual provided with the game)
OR maybe you could try and see the gameshop where you purchased your copy (bring it with you) and have them test it on their own machine...
