Exactly what happened, Kiya!
I took my previous saved game, stripped the DK of nearly all his possessions before riftrunning back to Rivellon.
Then, it was just a booooring matter of casting HAMMER times and times again, while drinkink mana potions.
A bit disappointing ending.
I would have liked some nifty 3D cutscene, rather than those ugly 2D screens slowly zooming.
Story was good, however.
