I've re-started the game on Hardcore, and wanted to spend some of my har earned on silver charms in Act 1 BF.
Hey, is that the key to luck? Perhaps the game gives better items to hardcore players because they would need them more.
I'm going to try that. I had been playing in action but recently went into options and found I was in easy mode. I restarted at the end of Act 2 and got two bottles of holy water. It may have been in action mode at that point. The game has been easy. But it was easy before in action mode too.
I reset it back to action and found no difference, but I haven't visited the BF yet. I wonder if we can keep setting it back and forth. (I know - cheating).
The only reason I restarted was to pay more attention to what was being sold and try to build up on holy water and 3/4 gem slot items. I did get more items than I had before, but only the two holy water.
I tried it. Game difficulty makes no difference. Luck is probably better and that makes none at all.
