I like the horse one,i have even suggested it before so that it could carry more stuff.
I bet however that poeple have suggested this way before me though.
To restate my idea you would have a farmer, who upon completing of the quest would allow you to use horses for say a specific time period for payment of course,either to ride or to carry stuff when you find yourself overloaded with goodies when you clear out the dungeons.
