In reference to my post. Apart from the few gripes about traps and such like, they are all bugs, whether they stopped the gameplay or not. Stuff like typos and graphical gliches might not cripple the game but they represent a lack of polish and are not working how they should. There are more to bugs than just CTDs.

Kiya you are very forgiving if you played from version 1.00 and still support the game as being relatively bugfree/playable. I gather from your other posts that you have a very cautious old school approach to RPGS. I certainly remember a time when I was carefully mapping out Bards Tale style games and writing copious notes. But that was nearly 20 years ago and the technology and quality standards have moved on. I shouldn't need to plan out what to do and in which order if the game pushes itself as a freeform experience...the game should be robust enough to handle anything I throw at it that doesn't involved modding the code. Yes many bugs were fixed but most games receive 1 or 2 patches in their lifetime and I'm not being unrealistic either since that usually holds true. Larian really dropped the ball on this one I feel.

Also FYI the Kiya bug in case you are interested. I was walking back to the entrance to the compound and I clicked on the Jobs Signpost to see if something had changed. My pc walked up to it and read the sign and Kiya appeared at the same time. When I closed the signpost text box it just stopped. NPCs carried on moving but it sat there as if the cutscene was going to happen but it never did. REBOOT!

EDIT - Kiya, The thread did ask for bugs "encountered". Though some have been fixed now, they caused me enough grief in my game for me to remember them -

EDIT EDIT - Kiya, just reread you comment about your attitude to a game you buy. I feel you are way to tolerant of poor workmanship. We are giving OUR money to take this product, and if it's not working correctly it is perfectly in the customers right to complain. It's not a freebie. I worked nearly a whole day to earn sufficent money to buy this game. I will complain if it is lousy with bugs. I thought it was the English who had the 'mustn't grumble' attidue towards bad service! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> Now I will agree with you that many so called bug reports are usually because some diff can't operate a keyboard and mouse, or they had ICQ and Mcafee running in the background. It's usually the state of the art polygon stuff like Farcry where some kid hasn't installed the latest drivers that causes problems. BD hasn't had many like that at all there were far more geniune bugs listed than fake bugs.

Oh yeah, add to the list the duplicating protection gems bug
