the charm weapon skill, remember that one?
All i really need to know is......where is it?
I have charms, and i have weapons that can be charmed...
is it on the menu??....or offered as a side dish, from one of the merchants?

Equip the item to be charmed. Click on it. That opens the charm window. Drag the charm window off the inventory window or it will disappear under it when you pick up the charm.
