Can you move some files or something to that extent and have your character with all your stats in a new game?

It would probably be more reliable to recreate the characters;

Hex editing - gold, experience, stat/skill points


The data.000 file contains character stats, etc but also keeps track of some quest information, so swapping this file between saves might break quests, and it would only work within the same act anyway. The inventory files can probably be swapped temporarily;
