Hmm some years ago I had McAffee, and promptly ended up with the Monkey B, a friend suggested Norton's and I have been a fan eversince, they may have programs that are resource heavy (Especially since I have the whole suite and then some) it tells me the minute an update is available and that seems to be near to once a day at least, but then as I said the whole hog (no puns plz) AV, internet security, cleansweep, ghost and winfax so yeah it updates fine <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
