The update frequency of norton and mcafee is the same every thursday exept when a huge virus is loose and they release urgent releases. I am now using Mcafee and it looks nice IMHO . And more importantly I recently was experiencing Blue screens of death that might have been Norton releated (according to windows XP knowledge base) none so far on McAfee. I also had the whole suite. It was not that great. when Norton did a system check and started cleaning my registry and Macromedia's flash wouldn't work any more. so I guess it's a matter of taste. Personally I like the professional look of Mcafee it give me freedom to do what I want. Norton is more constrained (to prevent users from doing harm I guess). basicly what I am saying is.
the "I use it so it must be great" argument ins't that good of an argument I need facts. or coparasions of personal use(like meaculpa).
