I started my 4th game under version 1.45 a few days ago (no version 1.44 saves). There is some problem with arrows that will not stack, and I don't know what it is yet.
If you pickpocket some merchants you will see like one stack of like 1100 Poison arrows, and another stack of 40 Poison arrows on the same merchant. No big deal though, I just sell the arrows that will not stack.
