I managed to figure out how to network my computer to my daughters, (so we could play CRPG's together/against each other) shortly afterwards she caught spyware on her computer and she couldnt access any programs, it just came up saying it couldnt find start. Through the network Ive copied important files onto my computer, Ive tried everything I and a tech from Microsoft can think of to fix it and we've come to the conclusion that the only solution is to format the drive and start again. I dont want to bother the tech again, Id be gratefull to anyone who could give me some clue as to how to format the drive or perhaps a webpage that will give me the info I need.
