Larian Studios Forums General Chat Does anybody know how to FDisk a hardrive?

There's no fdisk under windows xp so you have to do the following:
Start - Settings - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Menagement - Storage - Disk Menagement.
You do not need a bootdisk with windows xp since the winxp cd itself is a bootdisk. Make sure you have set "Boot from CD" in your BIOS.
If you're running windows 98, you can create a bootdisk with the windows itself.
If you want a MS-DOS bootdisk, insert a diskette in your drive, rightclick on the A drive and chose format. Then choose MS-DOS bootdisk.
