1) there is no best weapon class it al depends on wot u want to be. but if ur a warrior the easiest weapon class to use is sword (swirl attack)
2)is this just on swords or other weapons to? if u max out on sword expertise ur recoop is 2 with any stenght sword, but crossbows have to bigger recoop compared to damage.
3)depends if u want to be battlemage or pure warrior, and for some quests u need other skills eg lockpick, pickpocket. fo battlemage freeze, hellspikes are good combined wth one of the poisen, fire waarrior damages.
4)ive never used them so i dont know, sorry.
5)battlemage is probably stongest-freeze+hellspikes+stun/poisen damage is a good one or
elemental hail+fire damage but depends wot u want to be tho
