The reason why funnyjunk was not opening for me in IE was because of my security settings.
When I viewed the source code of funnyjunk via googles cache I’m glad I have my security settings set so high.

I saw a couple of associations with whom I know to be web Spyware miners.
Also, I don’t need risqué miners spamming me with extra junk e-mail.
I have enough being filtered out already.
I'm specifically talking about the risqué miners.
