This is the report the protection system creates if the "Game CD" ("Disc Two", "Spiel CD") is not found and if you then click "Information".
If a player is experiencing trouble launching the game, we ask for this report to be able to create a personal key so that the player may start up the game if CD 2 cannot be fully or properly checked by the protection system.
You do not need to send this file, nor is it automatically sent, if your game runs fine. Any information you send to us is kept private and is never sent to a third party. We do not keep a database or statistics about user hardware and software. The report only serves as a means to create a personal protection key.
