Hi
Some time back i creadted a permanent potion with the first holy water i found. Not, i have found my second so i want to make one more.
Last time i used my skill i increased it to 4 and deleted it after. Now when i try to set to skill i cant raise it higher than 2. How come? Is it supposed ot be like this?
PS! I have since that time patched from 1.4 to 1.45 which is the only think i can see as i cause. I'm in act4 now so i really dont want to start over to test if this is the case.
So please help me figure this out.
