Greetings
At the mentioned level I found a hidding soldier
behind some boxes, is he involved in any quest?
Also I've met up with two merchants, I killed
the first one I saw (the second one is the one asking
me to steal Bram's book), so is the first merchant involved
in any sort of quest too?

ARGH! you killed the gay medic? He had a quest for you and the reward was a key for his cupboard with a skill book. Did he drop it upon defeat?

Hiding soldier => you can kill him, no quest.

Merchant Tully => how did you manage to avoid a fight there?
