Hell, the Chat ANYTHING area is just English practically.
Then make it french.
You missed my point: the point is, you can talk in any language in Chat (Everything) and if most of the posts are in english, there's no one to blame.
Though one thing bugs me: if a person doesn't speak english, how would he read "Chat (Everything)"?
