What is the best question to ask the tree and there is the answer for it and if i don't ask the question but still look for that thing will i able to find it ?

Ask for a weapon => useless IMO, as you can find it in the im]p hero's house after you have returned from Shaman's realm and stroll through the village to pick up loot.

Ask for Portal/secret chamber/armour => IMO only tips for locations in Act 3.

The money is 'best'. Everything else you can get anyway, regardless of what you ask the tree.
