unfortunately without specific information about your system, there is little more that i can do. however, i am sure the developers will be able to assist.
incidentally there is a web site called
http://www.belarc.com where you will find, if you click on the download link a small program that when you install and run it, will give you a web page in your internet explorer web browser, that tells you everything you have on your computer. it is a useful diagnostic tool i encourage you to use. you can then save this information to disk by selecting
File > Save As.
on the drop down menu for the "save as type" box, select "web archive, single page (*.mht)"
make sure you note where you are saving it to so that you might find it later. this page can greatly assist the developers as it does give specific information about hardware and software installed that might affect the game.
