As for the yacht, nothing a giant squid can't do <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />.
Or a smaller, squid-like entity. Hail Cthulhu! (Failing that, let's bring on a few illithids... except that they might not have very much to dine on.)
