I just learned the new shaman magic skill tree and the problem is that there is a big difference between the damage points range shown before putting skill points and after clicking the tick button to apply it. For example if I want to get the lightening skill and move my mouse cursor on the plus button to add a skill point to that it reads Next Level:45-91 but as soon as I apply the one skill point by clicking the ok, on the top it reads Damage: 45-46!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" /> instead of being 45-91 as it should be? and if i add another point to make it 2 total the damge would be 50-51 instead of being 50-101! I tried some other skills in the Sharman Magic category and the same problem occured. I have installed patch 1.45. I wonder if this is a bug... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/question.gif" alt="" /> can somebody help me out... thank you.

Yeah, I've noticed this too. I don't know if it's a bug or by design, though. Then again, it seems that the actual damage of a lot of the shaman magic spells bears little resemblance to the quoted damage in the (wholly inadequate) descriptions. Insect Swarm's a prime example. From the description, you'd think it only does a few points of damage. When it actually is one of the more effective spells (cause it does that damage over and over and freaking over).

A detailed description of what all the spells (and skills in general, really) do would be most welcome.
