You are in level 10, good. You entered Bram's quarters with the key you got by killing Kegan? Then look west => a lot of packages are piled up. Remove them => a door will appear and you can descend into the cellar.


And you are in the cellar now? If so, go to the east room, you will see a stone block and there are an a copper amulet and a book on it. If you click on the book, or drag&drop it in your inventory (Tully wants it), ghosts will appear.

look at number 2 in this map link => this is the room with the book. The one you have to pick up and bring to merchant Tully.

Which merchants quest????

Errm, now I'm really lost. your very first post was about a book, right? the one, Faralas and I answered. Didn't you mean the quest "steal a book"? this quest is related to finding General Bram's quarters, getting the book and returning it to Tully. This guy is a merchant, one level deeper, giving you this quest. Or did you mean the quest "find a book"? But this doesn't correspond to Bram?

Fighter, let me guess => you killed every living soul in the Citadel, hm? If so and if you have no quests to solve (check your log) then do this:

go to room 11. This is opened by lever at 10. Fight the guards there, SAVE and then enter 12: Showdown time.

After that, either blow up the Citadel (you need 3 ingredients for this) or use the exit key. Both keys for these rooms are in the room leading from 12.

If you didn't kill him, talk to Tully in the north east corner of the first level of the citadel. He should ask you to steal the book, though you can turn him down before he specifies what he wants you to do for him.
