Are you shutting down all non-essential programs before starting the game?
Is the crashing random or repeatable? Where does it happen: during play, on startup, after character creation, etc?
Do you have any other similar games (or any programs that use a lot of system resources) and if so do they have any problems?
When you save the information from dxdiag, a dialog box will open allowing you to save the text file wherever you wish. After that you could (optionally) zip the file to make it smaller to email. In Windows XP right click the file, and select something like Send To | Compressed Folder. For other versions of Windows you would need an
archive manager, most of which have right click context menu support.
